Reports
There are some reports that report on customers (users), analysts and department usage totals. From time to time it was useful to look at some of these but mainly the Morning Meeting report handed out in the morning meeting are sorted by analyst, so that we could discuss the things done yesterday and the things on today's schedule. The Week Ahead and the Weekly Recap reports are companions in that one looks ahead to tell customers what is planned for their areas and the other what has been accomplished for that area over the specified time period. And The Undone report reports on all projects that have not been completed. The Schedule report was something we hung on a bulletin board and was our department calendar. If someone was too busy to get to his or her computer to enter resolutions then they would just write on the sheet on the wall. Donna answered phones and was our first line of problem resolution and she would help the analysts enter stuff on really bad days.
